Returns

Unopened Items Only
:

Returns are accepted only if the package is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. 

Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. 

Return Shipping & Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a £8 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Refunds

No Refunds Once in Transit
: Once your order is already delivered to the carrier or marked as "in transit" or "shipped", refunds are not permitted for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.

Approved Returns: Refunds (minus the £8 cancellation fee) will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the unopened item. 


Cancellation Fee

A £8 cancellation fee applies to all approved return requests to cover administrative and processing costs.


How to Request a Return

Contact our official Instagram account handle within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and proof of unopened packaging (photo). Once approved, return the item via tracked shipping.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 


Exceptions

Damaged/Defective Items
: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Important Notes

Inspect Your Package
: We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. Refunds will not be granted for claims submitted after 3 days.

Non-Compliant Returns: Packages that are opened, used, or returned without prior approval will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
